You Can! The Reset is for women between the ages of 20-45 wanting to get a fresh start on their bodies and minds.
Frequently asked questions.
I’m not a great cook, how will I do it?
This question has come up a lot, and the answer is no, you don’t need to be a great cook. The recipes are super simple and easy to follow, I am also there to call on if you get stuck.
What do I need for the workouts?
Just yourself. A yoga mat, pilates band, ball and 1-2kg hand weights are definitely handy but not essential, I do also recommend 2-3kg ankle weights to turn up the burn!
Do I need to know how to do pilates?
No! Pilates is very intuitive movement and I instruct you through the set up throughout. I’m also there to answer any questions that you might have in the process.
Can I do it while pregnant?
Yes! Just please let me know as I will switch up a few things to make it pregnancy safe. Feedback from other girls who have done it while pregnant have found it to be a really beautiful way to connect with their bodies and their baby.
Can my partner do it with me?
Yes! I have designed all the meals with a partner or even a family in mind, so you don’t have to worry about cooking separate meals for them.
How much will groceries cost?
Groceries should only cost about $150-$200 max
MY STORY
Hi I’m Esther, and I am really excited that you’re here! I’m looking forward to taking you step by step through your personal wellness journey. There is a lot of information out there and it’s overwhelming, so this is a guided action plan.
For me this has been a really personal journey. From a young age I worked as a model and I had an amazing time travelling the world, but of course it came with its fair share of challenges as well. I struggled with weight, with confidence and actually, the only sort of support network I had were the other models that were a little older that i would lean on. (If you need a quick beauty hack, ask a model!)
There were things that I learned from all the other girls, and that I developed myself, which were really useful. Both for the mind and getting clear in the skin and the body. I also had the privilege of working with world class trainers and learned so much about nutrition, exercise, and ultimately about how best to get the body to do what I wanted it to do, to be in control, healthily.
I am a yoga teacher, a pilates instructor, am co-founder of number one wellness podcast and radio show WellBeings, and my number one passion in life is food: cooking and bringing people together, and so this is a culmination of my skills, passions and my life’s work, and my hope is that it can help other women to connect with their most confident, thriving versions of themselves. xx
